Fifty-eight minutes, diarized in place.
Speakers are separated and named. Fix a mangled word once — every clip, caption, and draft you regenerate from this tape picks up the correction.

Every cut scored in the open.
Candidate moments are graded 0–100 on hook, payoff, clarity, quotability, and emotion — with the model’s reasoning attached. You see why a cut made it, not just that it did.

Three captioned 9:16 clips ship per episode — each with its subscores and reasoning shown, nothing cherry-picked in the dark.
Cut to 9:16. Captioned to the word.
Video episodes get a real-footage vertical crop — left, center, or right — and captions land word by word. Switch the preset below; the same cut restyles live.
Mock preview — real clips use your footage and brand kit
- Video episodes keep their real footage — the 9:16 crop follows your framing choice, not a stock template.
- Per-word karaoke captions on Pro and up; every preset stays in your brand kit’s colors.
The written week, drafted.

Why nobody buys your strategy deck
Maya spent this week’s episode dismantling the eighty-slide strategy deck. Her argument: people don’t buy analysis, they buy a side — and most decks are built to avoid picking one.
Below, the three moments worth your time, with timestamps.

Draft 1 of 1
Most strategy decks fail before slide two.
Not because the thinking is wrong — because nobody can tell what the author would fight for.
Maya’s line from this week’s episode: “Pricing is a positioning choice.”

We spent 58 minutes on why strategy decks don’t sell. The short version:

People want a side, not a strategy. A deck with no enemy has no reader.

Why is a card required for the trial?
So day 15 isn’t a surprise. You get 14 days free on any plan, nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling is one click from the billing portal — no retention emails, no exit survey.
What exactly comes out of one upload?
Three captioned 9:16 clips scored 0–100, plus six written outputs — a 500–800-word newsletter, a LinkedIn post, an X thread, show notes, chapter markers, and a YouTube description — with quote cards and a highlight reel on top.
What can I feed the input?
MP3, MP4, M4A, or WAV up to two hours per episode — or point PodCut at your RSS feed and new episodes import hourly on their own.
My episodes are video — do clips use the real footage?
Yes. We detect the video stream automatically: clips render a 9:16 crop of your actual footage behind the captions, with a left / center / right crop control per clip. Audio-only episodes get brand-styled visuals instead.
Does PodCut post any of this for me?
No. PodCut prepares everything for review; you publish where and when you like. We don’t want to be a publishing tool — your distribution stays yours.
How do my clients approve deliverables?
Each episode has a review link you send to the client. They open it without an account, then approve or request changes per clip, quote card, and text output. Statuses roll up on your episode page and every comment lands in the activity log.
Is my audio used to train AI models?
Never. Your audio and transcripts are never used for training, you own every output, and share pages are private and noindex by default. Export your clips and copy any time, delete an episode whenever you want, and email support to close your whole account.
How do the flat plans meter usage?
In hours of audio per month — 3, 15, or 50 depending on the plan. No credit packs, no per-minute fees, and Agency includes 5 seats. Cancel any time; existing work stays readable through the end of the period, but new work stops as soon as you cancel.
What languages do you support?
English is the strongest. Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Dutch transcribe well; clip selection and copy quality are still being tuned in those languages.
I run an agency — how does white-labelling work?
On the Agency plan you can hide the “Made with PodCut” footer on share pages, set per-client logos and accent colors, and optionally let search engines index your share pages.
Run your first episode through.
Everything above is what one upload produces. The next one could be yours.
